Short Description | Each of the participating teams is entrusted with the management of a “virtual” company operating in the Retail market. Each team makes decisions within the functional areas of which it is composed (purchases, prices, HR management). The decisions of all the teams, which together form the reference market, are then processed to determine overall results on the performance of each company. |
